For 30 years, Andy Milne has been an active and inventive composer. In 2011, Milne began composing for film, when he composed, performed and produced the score to William Shatner’s documentary film, The Captains. Shatner then enlisted Milne to score six subsequent Star Trek-themed films under his direction. Milne’s collaboration with Shatner and actor/singer Avery Brooks is featured as part of the 2013 film The Captains Close-Up with Avery Brooks. In addition, Milne released The Captains soundtrack CD in partnership with Shatner and was a featured performer at numerous Star Trek conventions with actor/singer Avery Brooks.

Milne continues to develop his composition language and technical skills for film, composing for orchestra, as well as composing for an audio book currently under development. He is currently accepting offers for scoring collaborations.
